If you’re in the mood for some fresh and delicious sweets, psh when are we not, then Fabrique Bakery in the Meatpacking District is your spot. A wildly popular Swedish import known for its sourdough bread and cinnamon buns graced us with an NYC location last year, and we couldn’t be more grateful.
Its most popular offering is the kardemummabullar, or cardamom bun — a gooey pastry similar to a cinnamon bun. Other items include a ham, cheese, and mustard croissant, saffron croissants, and sourdough breads. Next time you’re in the area make sure to stop by and grab a few treats for yourself.
